Digital transformation of the company

An important strategic direction of MPT, d.o.o. represents the digitalization of the company. Digital transformation will include business processes within 3 business functions, digitalization of the business model, which envisages the digitalization of jobs, which will lead to an increase in digital competencies and thus systematization of new jobs, which is in line with the accepted vision of the company’s management. Digitization will enable connection with existing data, supplemented with Real-time data obtained through operational application solutions, access to the desired reports on the current (Real-time) business situation or the state of production will be provided. Such an analytical review of the real state of business and production processes is the basis for the immediate detection of deviations and deviations from the desired state. The ultimate goal of the operation is to display the desired data in real-time.
